Hello Pooja. You mentioned you belong to SC category and are interested to know whether you have good chances in either Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering or The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore or both.
You mentioned your rank in the question but didn't mention which exam you are talking about. Both of these colleges intake candidates on the basis of KCET and COMEDK-UGET.
If you are talking about KCET, based on your performance you have good chance to get admission to BE Construction Technology and Management , BE Industrial and Production Engineering and BE Polymer Science and Technology at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.
In 2020, KCET B.Tech Cutoff Rank prescribed for aforementioned streams were:
On the other hand, it is less likely for you to get admission to any stream at The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore as this performance is not up to the par.
If you are talking about COMED-K UGET, you have low possibility to contest a seat for any stream at either Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering or National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.
To know more about the cutoff trends in both of the aforementioned institutes in Mysore, check out the links below:

I believe at this Rank of 18100 in COMEDK, you have fair chances of securing ECE or ISE at many Good Engineering Colleges in Bangalore. You have high chances of securing ECE in DSCE Bangalore as well as at Nitte Meenakshi and CMR. Bangalore gives you a huge locational advantage being near IT and Technical Hubs, provides huge scope and impetus to training and Placements besides comparatively lower fees than SRM. Incase you secure CSE at SRM KTR, in that case you may prefer the Latter.

Out of the three options that you chose, VVCE is the best among the three, the college covers the updates curriculum of Computer Science Engineering, has good infrastructure, plenty opportunities to explore, experienced faculties and departmental labs are well maintained. Placements are good with median salary packages 4-5 LPA as a fresher.
Good luck!!

hi,
see there is no possibility that the cutoff score would remain same in this years also. closing rank may increase or decrease in coming years as well. cutoff score and closing rank depends on certain facts like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of streams. so just follow the upcoming counselling and hope for the best.
NIT Warangal campus features academic buildings, research centres, and a central library, along with well-equipped labs and classrooms, and also has Wi-Fi access. Students have access to residential facilities, dining halls. The hostel facilities at NIT Warangal are generally considered decent. The quality of food in the mess is average. Basic medical facilities are available, including an on-campus health center.
If I tell you about the 2nd-year hostel, it is quite good. It is called Block, which is very good in its natural habitat, full of greenery and birds chirping, making it a great experience. There is no Wi-Fi. Only LAN is provided for each student
We have access to LAN here in the hostels, along with Wi-Fi facilities inside the central library and some classrooms. Hostels are quite viable here. Some of them are in poor condition, but many of them are being renovated. Most of them have already been improved
