Based on previous year cutoff trend and considering your marks you will not get admission in UIET, but you have very thin chance of getting admission in KUK.

I do personally suggest to give an attemp in JEE Advance with this mains knowledge so that you can get a better rank than which you have secured even though you will be admited in good college with this rank but may not be in computer science since to get an admission in computer science it is mandatory to secure as low rank as possible
