VCET Erode Placements

As per the NIRF Overall Report 2025, the Velalar College of Engineering and Technology placement cell has placed 501 undergraduate and 53 postgraduate students. The placement cell has provided a VCET median salary of Rs 3.25 Lakhs to undergraduates and Rs 3 Lakhs to postgraduate students.

VCET Erode has a Training and Placement Cell to organise placement activities for students. The VCET placements cell interacts with many organisations across the country to arrange placement drives. According to NIRF 2024, the median salary of UG students was Rs. 3.25 LPA, and the median salary of PG students was Rs. 3 LPA.

Career guidance programmes (CGP), soft skills programmes, personality development programmes, etc are organised by the Velalar College of Engineering and Technology placement cell. For the placement about 75 percent students are passing through campus interview.And the salaray pacakage offered was also good.In average of 30k to 40k salary offered to the students.College was very supportive in accordance to the interview.
