And this year approximately 3.93 lakh students have appeared for the exam. So, your rank can be calculated as 9.12% of 393000 i.e. ~35841. Even with OBC, there is no chance of getting CS at VJTI, PICT, Walchand Sangli. But, yes you can try for ramdeobaba etc.

In terms of placement, campus life, faculty and hostel life, VIT is better than RV College of Engineering but overall in every aspect, both are equal. You can also check other universities for MCA. Choose wisely whichever is convenient for you in terms of location.

Hey there Hemant kumar, I would like to bring this to you notice that Vishwakarma Institute of Technology Pune seems a far off call with this percentile as the cutoff for CSE hovered around 2017 last year. There maybe a chance with your category rank but to provide information there I would require your category rank.

As you have got 96.35 percentile in MHTCET in open category, but you have not specified any particular branch you want to apply in so I cant give you specific answers but yeah talking in general,  you have decent Marks but getting VIT might be tough but yes you can get other decent college in pune according to your percentile and rank.

Based on the rank VIT Vellore has much better scope than VIT Pune as the rank of VIT Vellore is high compared to VIT Pune.

VIT Vellore is better than VIT Pune bu miles.So i would suggest you to go for VIT Vellore.
