Exam is scheduled for june 4 amd 5, 2022. Last date to fill the application form is May 20, 2022. The application form fee is 1200 rupees.
The application form requires the mandatory details such as personal details, qualifying exam details, passing details of the undergraduation program, etc. So as you mentioned that you are not able to fill the month and year of passing /appearing, in this section. You need to mention the month and year in which you passed your undergraduation program. If you are still in the final year of your undergraduation program, then you need to mention the date of your passing year.

Yes, you can take direct admission as well in VIT ( Vellore Institute of Technology) in case you didn't get through VITMEE. Y ou can get direct admission into VIT but it depends on your qualification too . So, it will be Better to appear VITMEE and get a rank below 100K. it is not that difficult to come into this range.
Vellore Institute of Technology conducts VIT Master's Entrance Examination (VITMEE) for admissions into M. Tech and MCA . Admissions shall take place on the basis of the candidate's performance in VITMEE 2022. The VITMEE 2022 entrance test is conducted online as a computer-based test on June 21 & 22.

Candidates can take part in VITMEE entrance exam of they have minimum 60 percentage in Graduation in relevant field from a recognised College or University. So, based on this you'll be eligible.

To pursue M.Tech in this subject, you can give the VIT masters admission exam called VITMEE for Nanotechnology subject.
This is a two-year pg degree in nanotechnology.
A candidate to be suitable for this course must conform to the next norms
must be a graduate with a degree from any identified inst. or univ. with 60% scores or more in domains like ECE / EEE / Mechanical Engrg. / Chemical Engrg. / Metallurgical Engg. / E&I / M.Sc. Physics aspirant with Electronics as compulsory subject or any similar course.

No you cannot get seat in M.Tech directly. Candidates have to register and apply for the admission by filling the admission form. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for the VIT Masters Entrance Examination (VITMEE)/Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). For the final admission candidates will have to appear in a counselling process. GATE qualified candidates will be given preference. You need to give one of the entrance exam to get seat in VIT for M.Tech. VIT University, Chennai was established in the year 1984. VIT University is also approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
