Dear aspirant,
As per the information given on the official website of IIT JAM, you are eligible to take admission in MSc Astronomy in IIT Indore provided that you have studied physics for 6 semesters and Mathematics for atleast 2 semesters. As of now, no information has been released whether IITs provide a separate course in Astrophysics so you can consider other universities for your desired course.
Hope this helps!
Dear applicant, MRCP or MRCS is a foreign diploma degree in Medical Profession. As you know it is very difficult to pass through all these stages, same goes with MD/MS degree in India. If you consider about equivalence point between them, yes these two degrees are somewhat of equal importance and both are difficult to clear. After passing these degrees your pay scale in foreign countries will definitely be higher compared to indian economy however in India MD Doctors or MS Doctors do have a lot of opportunities to flourish their careers.
Good luck!!
