National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination
Hello aspirant!
I think many colleges have a provision of fee submission via DD that is a deman draft. All you need to do is to call your college and ask to whom the Demand Draft should be addressed. Then you can go to your bank in which you have an account and ask the manager to make you a DD. You need to write an application for making DD of the fee amount you have to pay and give it to the bank.
Hello Archana.
Yes, absolutely you can get NIFT with the rank you secured. As per the previous years cut-off, you can easily get a seat.
All the best.

Hello Arnab !
Sorry but there is an age limit for applying to study bachelors course (in fashion designing, textile designing, knitwear designing, accessory designing, fashion communication, fashion technology) in NIFT.
For bachelors programmes, maximum age limit is 23 years for general category. For other categories a period of 5 years is given extra.
But, the masters course does not have any age limit.
Masters has 3 programmes - design, management and technology.
You can check the NIFT website for more information.
Hope the answer was helpful
Hi Ankit,
NIFT provides a Common Merit Rank as well as a Category based merit rank. So if you are an OBC candidate, you may take the advantage of category merit rank.
Most of the NIFTs require a Common Merit Rank of maximum 200 for admission in first round. Lower ranks may fill out the second and third rounds of admission and so on.
Best of luck!
