Are there any chances that I can get NIT Jalandhar Electrical Engg(3rd round cutoff-15780) after 4th or 5th round(my rank 17247)?

As per latest counselling results and your rank you will surely get NIT jalandhar. I suggest you to go for float option till the very last round of the counselling. A margin of 2000 is not that much high have patience and wait for the results of the counselling in later parts. Your college will surely upgraded.
