Considering previous trends the closing rank for Electronics and telecommunication in VSSUTis approximately around 1.3 lakhs so it is not possible to get the branch with your rank.

With a rank of 181k even through women category you cannot get into CSE or E&C branch. You need to have a rank within the range of 50-80k. Since you have scored a high rank you cannot get admission through that exam. You can try applying for the college through your 12th board percentage. Comment below for any queries.
