Chances are that I'll get Engineering Physics in DTU. I want to get into coding and am prepared to work hard for it. Should I take EP in DTU or should I go for CSE at lower tier college? Some people say college name matters a lot, and some say I won't get the time to code if I take EP. I'm confused

There are two things in this scenario if you take a lower tier college with cse then no matter how much you work hard you will not get a very good placements as companies providing high packages will either not come or they will not give high packages even if they come on the other hand since EP is a core field department so like in all other core fields syllabus is vast and you may not get time to code but here you should prefer dtu for two reasons first is the tag yo will get by joining the college moreover if you are willing to code then you will find time somehow or the other, moreover here the coding culture is great that will help you in coding but the only problem you might face is that some companies do not allow Ep students to sit in their placements(tech companies) so choose wisely but you can always go for off campus placements.
