SAT is a globally recognised standardised test which is mainly two types- SAT Reasoning & SAT subject test. SAT reasoning consists of three sub-sections: Writing, Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, Mathematics and SAT subject test is based on specific subjects. SAT is of two types. Namely, SAT Reasoning Test and SAT subjects test. Both the SAT test patterns follow different formats to evaluate a candidate’s knowledge and have different syllabus.

The exam is for 3 hours plus 50 minutes for the Essay. The sections are:

  • Evidence-Based Reading and Writing
  • Reading Test
  • Writing and Language Test
  • Math
  • Essay (optional)

SAT exams are conducted in the month of October, November, December, January, March, May and June.
