got jee paper 2 obc rank 251 ,but intermediate both years 75.6% .is it eligible for b arch seat ?? Like not s,spa s??

Yes of course. As it is above 75% you are eligible for b.arch seat . So keep options in josaa counselling. You will get into good college as per your rank . Congratulations on your rank and all the best
