Considering you have two diploma degrees in two different fields is something that is unnecessary because first of all there is very less chances that you will get job on the basis diploma in chemical engineering because there is very less opportunity in that field..now coning to your other diploma degree which is in Computer science  which is a very good degree considering current job opportunities in India.You can get jobs in any small firm or may be start up on basis of that.You might not get 20k per month right from beginning but your pay will gradually increase.If you have time then i would suggest you to persue a 6 month diploma in digital marketing because these days its in demand.
