heyeveryone,I am currently a merchant marine officer, after 12th have completed diploma in nautical science( which leads to bsc nautical science),however, I didn't go for bsc degree, as I didn't think it was required at that time, Can i study bachelor in germany, would my diploma count as 13th year?
