Yes, you can apply for the Common Admission Test (CAT) while in your 3rd year of college. The eligibility criteria for CAT require candidates to have completed their undergraduate degree or be in the final year of their bachelor's program. Being in the 3rd year, you are allowed to apply and take the exam, but you'll need to ensure that you complete your degree before joining an MBA program if you get selected. Whlie admission, you can fill undertaking form to submit the documents later.
