hi i am a srilankan by birth but did my schooling from my 4th standard in tamilnadu. I have applied for tamilnadu engineering counselling but now after submitting the bonafide its like only indians can apply. can you suggest how to get admission in top colleges? my cutoff is 192

Hello,

Actually the eligibility criteria for TNEA counseling is that candidates of Tamil Nadu who have passed their Class VIII to Class XII standard in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply but the Nationality of that particular student should be Indian and then only you will be considered eligible. So, being born in Srilanka you won't be able to secure admission. But i would suggest you to get in touch with any official of Anna university regarding the issue and its resolution if available.
