Hello,

Yes, you can do MSc in agriculture after completing a BSc in botany zoology, and chemistry. You can MSc as distance education. The eligibility criteria for doing Msc as distance education is you have to complete your BSc graduation from a recognized college with a minimum of 50%.

If all these criteria are satisfied, then you can complete your MSc in agriculture as distance education.

Hey lasya,

I understand your query. Since you have bachelor's degree in botany then you can opt for agriculture through exam ICAR-JRF.

But it is not guaranteed that every University will accept this case. There are different universities which work on their terms and norms. So I kindly request you to give the exam and communicate with the different universities.

I hope you get your desired course.

Best of luck for your future

Thank you!

s.lasya Yes, you can opt for distance mode from some private universities but in that case you need to be physically present on the examination dates. And in distance learning you will complete the course in a time lapse equal to the students who opted for classroom course.
