COEP offers admission in Engineering courses on the basis of MHT CET. You need to score well in MHT CET entrance examination, to bag a seat in this premier institution. For core branches, you need to score 170/200 marks in MHT CET.

Also, the eligibility criteria to take admission in COEP is:

Candidate must have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical/Vocational subjects.
Candidate must have secured a minimum of 50%(for General category) and 45%(for Reserved Category) marks.

If i got 45% aggregate pcm and 190 in mhtcet and 190/200 in cs will i get cs branch in coep (i am from general category)

To get admission in COEP, you will have to crack MHTCET and to apply for the same candidates should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks (for General Category) and at least 45 % marks (for reserved category and Persons with Disability candidates) belonging to Maharashtra State only) as there is no other 12th percentage required as the admissions are completely based on MHTCET rank.

Hello Mam. I have scored very less marks in 12th HSC Boards. I have scored 53% aggregate marks in 12th boards. But I have scored good in CET- 152 & JEE- 72. Can I get admission in COEP college or any other good autonomous engineering colleges in Maharashtra, besides my 12th percentage are very low. I also belong to OBC category. Please reply & help me mam. Thanks.
