I am a 12th passed student. Nd I have my stream in college as Bsc Geology. what should be the next step I order to be an IAS officer.

First of all it's good to look somebody so clear about it's future . To  be an IAS officer you need to complete your bachelor degree and later that start your preparation for IAS like which subjects you are going to consider for the exam. Preparation is the only key for IAS. After Bachelor degree you are eligible for IAS exam just be update about the forms and the rules . Nothing special you need .
