Arts stream students aren't eligible to apply for Indian Navy using the NDA entry. Sorry Arts students are not eligible for Indian Navy after 12th class. You have to study Physics, Chemistry and Maths to become eligible for Indian Navy after 12th. But you are eligible for Indian Army through NDA examination.
Qualification & Requirement

(i) Physics (with Mathematics in B.sc). (ii) Mathematics (with Physics in B.sc). (iii) Chemistry (with Physics in B.Sc). (iv) Computer Application or Computer science with Physics or Mathematics at Graduation Level.
University graduates possessing NCC 'C' certificate with minimum 'B' grading and 50% marks in the graduation degree examination are inducted in the Navy as regular commissioned officers. These graduates are exempted from appearing in the CDSE conducted by the UPSC and are selected through the SSB interview only.
