I am doing bsc major in zoology / life science from Ignou.... May I eligible for msc allied courses of JIPMER ? In prospectus of Jiboner they say only any recognized university... so I am confused that may prepare for this entrance exam or not?

If it's written recognized university, then definitely you're eligible as IGNOU is a recognized university in itself and not only admission all over India but even for Government job exams, IGNOU degrees are valid. Only, in case a university or any entrance exams makes it mandatory to not allow distance learning candidates for its specific program, then only it creates a hindrance, otherwise IGNOU degrees are valid anywhere.
