ISI MS in Quantitative Economics selection criteria depends on the two stages the Entrance test & Interview.

The Entrance test:

For Mathematics You can prefer 10+2 books. You can revise some basic calculus and algebra & statistics you can prfer the distribution, central tendencies and joint distribution as well. You can also refer the previous year papers to know the level of the questions.
For economics the questions will micro and macro economics, You can prefer Macroeconomics by N. Gregory Mankiw. Also go through with the previous year papers.

Good Luck!
