IIT BHU Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

• IIT BHU Admissions 2025-26 are entrance-based. 
• Entrance Exams accepted: JEE Advanced, GATE, JAM and GPAT scores are accepted for IIT BHU admission process.
• IIT BHU Seat Matrix 2025 has been released by JOSAA. Total B.Tech seat intake is 1589.
• GATE 2026 registrations for MTech admissions start from August 28, 2025.

• IIT BHU admissions: As per the annual report 2023-24, 1122 BTech, 373 BTech+MTech, 10 BArch, 48 MSc, 389 MTech, 48 MPharm, and 324 PhD admissions were offered by IIT BHU Varanasi.

Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (IIT BHU) admissions are done based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination. Eligibility & Selection Criteria for IIT BHU Varanasi Admissions 

For BTech admissions, apply through JoSAA. Students willing to MTech admissions must apply through COAP and then fill out the IIT BHUMTech application form from the official website.
