No, you cannot get a B.Tech (CSE) degree from IIT Patna without qualifying JEE Advanced. Admission to B.Tech courses is only through JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main.

However, IIT Patna offers alternate programs like:

B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science & Data Analytics
- Mode: Hybrid
- Admission: Through JEE Main, CUET, SAT, or IITP-SAT (IIT Patna’s own test)
- Duration: 4 years

You haven't mentioned the course in which you want admission in IIT Patna. The admission to various courses is different. Students seeking admission to undergraduate engineering courses have to JEE main and JEE advanced and after that they have to register with JOSAA for counseling.

And students seeking admission in post-graduate engineering courses have to secure a valid score in GATE and then register with COAP.
