i can't login into cet cell preference filling form it says that i am not eligible for mbbs/bds courses even though i am trying to fill for ayush courses, is this a kind of technical error or there's some criteria for eligibility even for bsc nursing etc?tomorrow is the last day to fill in it help?

See the message is showing because you must not have secured the minimum qualifying cut-off marks and therefore it is showing that you are ineligible for counselling or you might not have secured minimum 50% aggregate in PCB in 10+2. You should check out where you are lacking because if it is showing that you are not eligible for NEET UG counselling then you should check out all the conditions. For your reference I am mentioning down the cut-offs of NEET UG 2021 so that you can check from that :-
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks

******* Only those candidates who have scored marks according to the above qualifying cut-offs in NEET UG 2021, would be eligible for counselling.
