Yes there are high chances to get admitted in Sastra university with this gpa. If you have not given JEE Main you will be applying for the 30% of total seats.Here to bring all candidates from different boards in to the same scale of comparison...the equivalent aggregate marks will be normalized with reference to that of the first rank student.

Eg if the first rank is 97% and an applicant's aggregate is 90% then his normalised percentage is 92.78 (90/97*100).On this basis a merit list is drawn. 

With your 10 gpa. ..a good percentage is expected with which you can get a seat on the basis of merit.
