In sastra admission will be taken according to ipe marks and jee mains qualification. You got ipe points 9.61 so , by this we can say that u have got 980 below marks. If we want admission in sastra is 980+ marks and mains qualification is enough.
So i think you will not get seat in sastra .But once try there.Good luck
