University of Delhi has separate cutoffs for different courses and colleges. But for a general category and OBC student 85% is the minimum cutoff for the DU colleges.
At such percentage, you can't get any good course, you can only get courses like sanskrit Hons. And Hindi hons, and that too in off campus colleges.
Unfortunately, neither your percentage nor your JEE percentile can help you to get a seat in Delhi University.

This rank is very low for college but you can choose the best college for you and choose according to your needs.
