I got 8404 air and 1166 tamil Nadu rank in sastra university rank list. Do I have any chance to get admission in eee or mechanical in this.

I am very sorry to say that you won't be able to get a seat in Sastra University for EEE or Mechanical as the seats fill up below 2000 ranks for these branches.
You should look for other colleges.
