Do you get any course in sastra university ?

There is no clear cutoff rank or cutoff mark in SASTRA an applicant's intake is purely dependent upon three factors, BOARD MARKS, JEE MAINS SCORE, and REGION. Strictly speaking, the admission is mainly dependent on board marks as it carries the major weightage.

For your understanding, I'm comparing 2018 and 2017 CSE branch cutoff marks in stream 2,

In 2018 it is 988/1000 for AP board while in 2017 it is 985/1000 the competition is neck to neck even a single mark will decide your fate. One year with a mark of 984 you could have admission in CSE/ECE with the same course you may not get a 4 years course.
