Hii Aspirant,

Admission in Sastra are in two ways :

Stream 1 : JEE MAINS marks + boards marks (70% weightage)

Stream 2 : boards marks (30% weightage)

Since you are telling your combined score so I am assuming that you have applied through stream 1.
For Sastra University there is no as such cut off. In the total candidates whoever has applied the highest scoring candidate would be at rank 1 and so on. And every year it changes and varies . But you have scored very well being a combination of 89.9% your chances are very high to get into the college. But for top branches you would need score nearly around 95%. So you might not get the top branches.

Hope my answer helps
