Deemed Universities offer courses based on their University exam conducted by them it is advisable to appear for sastra entrance exam.
As you have got 93.8%in jee you are also eligible for jee advanced &josaa nit, iiit councelling why to spent lakhs in private universities.
As per my knowledge if you score 98% or above in jee  then you can avail your dream course at somewhat low cost in sastra University
