sastra doesnt care about jee mains rank , if you want seat in sastra you have to write entrance , if u want placement as faculty in  sastra you have to attend general process of hiring

Placement is the last step of your engineering. I think you are asking for admission... It's tough quite but try atleast once. All the best.
