If you even choose B.SC Microbiology, you would be able to pursue M.SC in Biotechnology. The eligibility criteria for M.SC Biotechnology demands Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Food Science/B.Pharma.

However, if you have already made your mind to pursue M.SC in Biotechnology, then, it will be better if you do Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology only.
