if my jee advance rank 3000 but in boards is not 65 % ,willling to give improvement exam do i have to give jee again.

Hello,
If you belong to general category and haven't scored 75% in your 12th board examination, then it doesn't matter whether you have scored rank 3000 or rank 1 you can't get admission into IIT's or NIT's.
So if you are willing to give improvement exam next year then you must have to appear for JEE again next year to get admission into IIT's or NIT's. So prepare well since you have one year time, and try to score as much as you can.
