I hope u are doing well, about your question, a diploma course doesn't seem that good. U are already doing a bachelor’s + masters degree that has a much better preference than diploma. So u should aim for higher studies like PhD or research. By doing integrated bsc n msc and than trying diploma is same as u trying to  go and learn abcd...

I hope u got my point. If u want good salary u should go for PhD or research that will be a much better option.
