Yes the SVU region people are treated as non-local in AU region for AP EAMCET 2019.
There are 3 regions in AP. They are AU, SVU, JNTUK. Each of these reserve 25% of total seats for other region people.
As the competition is very high the priority will be given to the local students first and then to the other regions.
