To get the rank you need to consult the AP eamcet official board that is responsible for conducting exams in AP. This year that is Jntu kakinada. I think you need to write an email to board so that you can get a helping email from the AP board.
If you just want to do the engineering without the eamcet then my suggestion is that you can go and approach the private colleges directly for a management quota admission. I hope this helps.
