1) Placements-
Highest pakage of 2015 of both the NIT's is as follows
NITH - 16.9 lakhs
NITJ - 15.48 lakhs ( reference -  )

2) No of branches-
No of branches in both the NIT's are as follows
NITH- a) CSE Btech.
b) CSE integrated (Btech + Mtech) 5 years
NITJ- a) CSE Btech.

3) Clubs of CSE-
As we know in college life clubs have a great part in exposing one to the outer environment and developing one to his limits. 
Listed are the clubs of CSE in both the NIT's
NITH- a) CSEC
b) GLUG
Its one of the only two clubs in the country and is of great value for NITH
c) FSA's club NITH
NITJ- a) PACE

4) Extras-
Site by NITH students is ranked one of the top 5 best tech blogs in India .

Now one can conclude that CSE in which of the NIT's is better.
