Should I go to do MBBS in a New Government College that has opened recently in West Bengal in 2019 known as the Rampurhat Medical College in NEET 2020??.. Or should I go for any other courses ??

You have cleared the exam, First of all Congratulations for that and for pursuing your course, everyone will prefer Government College only because it has some other craze.
You can surely go for it looking at the reviews from some students and try to research about the previous results and overall development of the College from Internet which will give you some idea.
The governement college is best for pursuing MBBS but if you have some doubt or fear regarding the new college then there are many other government colleges in which you can get a seat in West Bengal:
1.) Calcutta National Medical College
2.) RG Kar Medical College and Hospital
3.) National Medical College
