At this rank you holds very low chances of getting admission in any nits and for dtu it is big no . For these top tier-1 colleges you rank should be atleast below 10000 for getting good nits with core branch . I suggest you not to wait for counselling and start preparing for next attempt with full dedication and following a proper road map
