Hello,

When you apply for state counselling based on NEET UG score a separate merit list will be prepared based on the NEET UG score of the candidate. And the merit list will be released by the competent authority conducting the counselling for all the eligible candidates on the respective state counselling website. The All India Rank vs State rank varies based on factors such as total number of candidates applied for the counselling, highest score, lowest score, ties in score etc. And the state rank will be less than All India Rank because the students applying for state counselling are limited.
