The remunerations are not very attractive. Foundry and Forge segment caters mainly to Auto Ancillary units. Many students resign due to this within 1 year and this discourage companies from visiting again.

Advance diploma course salary package will be offered between Rs.40,000 per month in NIFFT and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Hindalco, Jindal, Midhani and Sigma etc.
