Hello, With a Rank (AIR) of 12,098 in the General category, your chances of securing admission at AIIMS Deoghar are unfortunately slightly less chance.

The initial round cutoff in 2024 was around 3,106, rising in later rounds .

In 2023, the General category closing rank was around 3,732–7,975 depending on the round  .

Expert projections suggest the expected closing rank for General category in 2025 will be in the range of 3,600–3,650  , and broader estimates place the range at 3,106–7,975

At Rank 12,098, you fall outside the typical AIIMS Deoghar cutoff range for General category seats—even in the final rounds of counselling.
