In 2018, a percentile of 93.68 secured a seat in AIIMS Rishikesh. That has been the cut off. Now from 2020, AIIMS will conduct its admission based on NEET score through All India Counselling. But AIIMS conducted its exam for 200 marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and GK. But NEET is conducted for 720 marks only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So to convert percentiles to marks, it is a tad difficult. But given the fact that there are only 1500 seats for AIIMS and almost 15.97 lakh Candidates registered for NEET, even of 7 lakh Candidates qualify, the cut offs are going to be exorbitant. So if you belong to ST Category, you will need atleast 625 and above.  If you have appeared for NEET 2020. Hello

This is the first time ever when AIIMS Rishikesh and other Aiims are conducting admission through neet  examination so predicting cut off marks for getting into Aiims  is quite difficult .

Also,

cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination, number of students that appeared in the exam,  etc , also AIIMS will be providing admission through only 15 % all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high

keeping these things in mind you should target around 650 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Rishikesh if you belong to general category

Thank you

Hello

First of all there's no state quota for admission in Aiims , All the AIIMS will provide admissions through all India quota only.

Now , it is the first time ever when AIIMS are conducting admission through neet  examination so predicting cut off marks is quite difficult for Aiims Rishikesh or any other Aiims

Also,

cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc and AIIMS will be providing admission through all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high

keeping these things in mind you should target  625 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Rishikesh if you belong to sc category

Thank you

This is the first time that NEET is conducting its admissions through NEET score. In 2018, the cut offs for various branches of AIIMS under SC Category have been as follows:

Nagpur: 96.39

Jodhpur: 98.49

Rishikesh: 97.24

Bhubhaneshwar: 97.64

Now AIIMS exam pattern and marking scheme are different from than that of NEET. While AIIMS MBBS was conducted for 200 marks and also included English and GK sections while NEET is conducted for 720 marks and only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now AIIMS releases its results in the form of percentiles while NEET releases its score in the form of marks. So going by this, you will need more than 600. Might be 600-650 will be a safe score given the fact that 96-98 percentile is a higher cut off. This is an estimated cut off, And cut offs might change depending on various factors. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you are are appearing for NEET 2020, The MHRD has come up with a new schedule for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET 2020. JEE Main examination will be held between 1st-6th Sept, JEE advanced exam will be held on 27th Sept & NEET examination will be held on 13th Sept. And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 2 more months to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity

  1. Under 350-400 because top students will take aiims delhi , maulana azad & aiims bhopal .

Hello Sree

Predicting marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS Rishikesh or any other AIIMS is a bit difficult

This is because ,

It is the first time ever when AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet ,

Moreover, cut off marks  will depend upon various factors like toughness level question paper ,kind of marks scored by students etc

Also very limited are there in AIIMS and the competition is huge for Aiims .

considering these things,

You should target at least around 630-650 marks in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Rishikesh if you belong to obc category

Hey!

Yes you are allowed to enjoy and explore Rishikesh. You can go anywhere, once you get permission from the hostels or PGs wherever you are staying during your studies. But you need to come back, before the closing time of hostel gates. Also, you can go for night outs by asking for permission from your warden.

Thank you.
