Everything in my course is good and all, only thing I feel is new washrooms should be made as they are old styled from a much earlier time so that sometimes is a problem otherwise everything is nice, be it classrooms or labs.
Well I got graduated this year in B.Sc. honours biotechnology, the quality of teaching was good, all the facilities were nice and explained really well. So no doubt, in teaching it's a good experience only if you also study af home and in college listen to lectures.
Initially I had no idea that after bachelors there is rarely any job, I mean there are if you apply for it, but the highest you can get after that would be highest 20,000. No one in my class asked and filled for that placement form so yeah we all went for higher education or else.
Per semester, it was around 80,000,so per year it was about 1 lakh 60 thousand. I feel for all the infrastructure and everything it was worth it, I had online study for 1.5 year but the rest 1.5 year on campus I think it was worth.
Campus Life was amazing, mostly it went through the covid time but still we had zoom and Microsoft meets for such celebrations and competitions and while at campus each Thursday we have something interesting to do, interested students did celebrate in that
The fact that amity has 75 attendance rule, well that was okay, but now you have to enter on time and can't exit before time even if the class is not happening because of the strict policies they have ruled out recently. It becomes chaotic sometimes because of that.
Infrastructure of university is very good. Library of the university is properly managed and contains all the books and other material. Computer devices are properly settled in library and students can access those devices freely.

I studied B.Sc. Hons. biotechnology which deals with using technology in studying biology. Our curriculum is completely up to date as per the latest developments. The curriculum has enough lab related subjects which are enough for us to understand basics.
Amity University guarantees 100% placements and I believe that they actually provide that! Placements after BSc are not good enough, a PG degree is required for a good job, and I have seen MSc graduates getting jobs in good companies related to biotechnology field

What a college life in this campus
Overall I wants to say it's fantastic
College infrastructure is good. All building have a centralised AC. There's a central Library as well. Food in hygiene and doesn't allow non veg in the campus. Classrooms are very big and also there's a hygiene environment.
This college is good in terms of academics. Teachers are very cooperative. It provides us a big exposure. Curricular is updated every year according to changes and includes all development in the college.
Placement rate is good having a average packages of 4 to 5 lakhs and highest package of 10 to 11 lakhs depending upon the skills and internships are also provided to students to have experience and knowledge.
Fees is quite high in this college but if you want to have a good exposure in life then it's worth. In my course fees is 100000 plus and it depend on courses . Some courses have less fees but quality education is provided.
Campus Life is best. Students can engage themselves in extra curricular activities. They are also provided international exposure. Students will able to explore college life as the college is excellent in every cultural activities.
Infrastructure is really good but apart from breaks in between classes, you'll rarely have the time to explore. Labs, studios etc. are fully equipped, you'll not feel ki arey ye nahi Hai yahaan wo nahi Hai.
They don't have enough faculty in their departments. So, you'll encounter professors complaining about the subjects they have to teach. Apart from that, prime focus is majorly on your memorization capability, which is sad because a more application oriented approach is more favoured.
If you're decent in academies you can expect above average placements. But still, it is advised to be prepared on your own as well. That's what our professors say as well. So, don't completely rely on them.
Way too overpriced. They are very boastful about themselves but offer too less for what they take.
There are a lot of facilities available but the catch is that you won't have enough time! They believe in burdening the students with assignments.
the college is well structured and the campus is one the best campus with all the facilities and requirement for a college and canteens are also very nice food is excellent with no.1 food quality in the campus
the academics is really good along with the academics the other activities other then academics are really good with the selection ration of higher student strength and the examination are placed at time .

It's tough to find a college in Jharkhand that promises you'll definitely get a great job after graduation. No school can really promise that. But, I can tell you about some good colleges that usually have pretty good placement results and fit your budget.
1.Birla Institute of Technology(BIT), Mesra (Ranchi )
Known for its strong placement success, BIT Mesra provides diverse B.Tech programs (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.). While fees depend on the specific program, they are usually within your range. It's best to confirm current fees on their website. They have a very effective placement cell that brings in many leading recruiters.
2.National Institution of Technology (NIT), Jamshedpur
Another excellent option in Jharkhand is NIT Jamshedpur, known for its strong placement history and diverse B.Tech programs. As a central government institution, its fees are generally more reasonable. It also has a very effective placement cell.
3.Government College of Engineering, Ramgarh
Being a government college, the fees are significantly lower, making it an accessible option. While placement records might not match those of NIT or BIT, it's still a valuable choice, especially for students seeking budget-friendly education.
4. Cambridge Institute of Technology, Ranchi
This institute, a private option, has established a good reputation in the region. They provide a range of B.Tech programs, with a focus on practical, industry-related skills. Before applying, thoroughly examine their placement history and fee schedule.
I hope this helps.
