72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electronics and Communication Engineering doctorate program offered at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Guwahati.
Ph.D. programme shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent in the relevant area with a minimum Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) of 6.5 or 60% of marks.
- Selected through National Eligibility Test - CSIR-UGC NET including Lecturership (Assistant Professorship) or GATE.
- Upper age limit : 35 years
