It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students willing to take admission in the course, the seat matrix and the preferences of the students.

We don't have any official cutoff details of IAT and hence, all of the answer is a prediction based on the trends that was collected from the students.

There are about 1700 seats in IISERs and 15 percentage are reserved for SC category students.

So, out of 195 seats your rank in 882. You have a small chance of getting into the newer IISERs like Tirupati or Berhampur in the last or post allotment rounds. There are a lot of students who usually drop the course after getting admission into IISERs and those seats are filled via post allotment rounds.

So, please keep other options open.

IISERs have about 1300 seats reserved for IAT Candidates and about 10 percent of the seats are reserved for General EWS. So, we can safely assume there are 130 seats for the category you belong to.

Looking at this we can say that you have a small chance of getting into IISER Behrampur, Tirupati in the last rounds of Counselling .

It is quite difficult to get TVM, Mohali, Pune or Kolkata.

As you haven't mentioned your category I'll assume you belong to Gen category candidates

IISER admission 2022 will be done through three channels- JEE Advanced , KVPY and IISER aptitude test . Thus, the authorities will release a separate IISER merit list and cut off 2022 for candidates applying through different channels of admission.

Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research has released IISER Aptitude Test result 2022  on August 12, 2022, in online mode at 12:00 PM.

Last year IISER was allotted upto all india rank 3327 in IISER bhopal BS (economic science) for Gen category after completion of every round of counseling

By seeing your current rank, there is almost no chances  of getting any of IISER college in Gen category.

It is quite difficult to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students willing to get admission into the college, the seat matrix etc.

IISERs have a total of about 1700 seats and then about 1300 are reserved for IAT (SCB Channel).

You have a really good chance of getting into an IISER. You have a lower chance of getting IISER Pune, Kolkata, Mohali a decent chance of getting TVM and a really good chance of getting Berhampur, Tirupati and Bhopal.

This depends on what the order of your preferences are as well.

There about 1700 seats in almost all IISERs and about 1300 are definitely filled via SCB channel.

Looking at this trend we can say that if you belong to the general category it is quite difficult for you to get admission into IISER-TVM with this rank . You have a small chance of getting in the last rounds or post-allotment rounds but please keep other options open.

Usually every year there are about 50-60 students who get into each IISER and leave as they get medical/ engineering colleges.

Yet, it is not smart to count on those trends.

It is bit difficult to tell about the admissions yet as cutoff is not released. Cutoff keeps changing every year beacuse it depends on various factors like difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, number of students appeared, etc.

No need to worry. Candidates must have secured a rank within 15000 in the common rank list (for candidates belonging to GEN/OBC categories) or in the respective category rank lists (for candidates belonging to GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PWD categories) of JEE Advanced 2022.

There are 1700 seats in IISERs combines and about 1300 of them are filled via the IISER aptitude test.

So, with your rank we can say that it is difficult to get into any of the IISERs. You have a small chance of getting the newer IISER like Berhampur or BS in IISER Bhopal in the last rounds.

Usually a lot of students leave after getting admission once they get into NITs/ OOTs or medical college of their choice so we can count on that to get admission.

Hence, it is highly advisable for you to keep other options open.
