IISER Admission process shall be weighted on 3 phases - SCB (State and Central Boards Channel), KVPY exam (Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) & JEE Advanced exam . Students are free to register for all the 3 exams but they should be fulfilling the eligibility criteria of each exam they are registering.

Scb means STATE CENTRAL BOARD. it is 1 available way from the 3 possible to get into BS_MS dual degree course at IISER. SCB is a pattern followed for getting into IISER. it's like top 1% people from Each board get a chance to be into IISER and each state and board is given priority. For example) if Maharashtra board has cutoff 90% for 12th and MADHYA Pradesh board has 71% for the same. Then top 1% people from each state are allowed to apply for IISER APTiTUDE test and 5% relaxation. Is given to reserved people.

I understand that you are not able to upload your class XII mark sheet for filling into the IISER application form and so to answer your question, firstly I ask you to check if this issue is due to some technical discrepancy by trying to upload the document repeatedly for 2-3 days and still if it persists then I suggest that you address this matter in writing through post to the respective authorities stating the entire matter in detail along with your proper credentials and data and request them to  rectify the discrepancy so that you can upload the document and also request them to expedite the entire process.

Scb (only top 1%of board students are allowed) - 50%of the seats at iiser are alloted through the IAT exam they conduct.

you can join iiser through jee main advance score or through kvpy exam scheme or SCB (Aptitude Test) Channel . there is bs -ms dual degree courses available after 10+2 passed students. after the passing of bs-ms you can opted for phd, most of the students do phd course and work as a scientist in research and development center in reputed organization. see getting admission in iiser is enough to start a journey for a wonderful career.

Yes, you can.Admission to IISER will be through three channels:

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) Candidates are offered admission on the basis of valid KVPY fellowship.

State and Central Boards Channel (SCB) channel Candidates opting for SCB channel have to appear for IISER Aptitude Test 2019. While those opting for the other two channels will be eligible for direct admission.

Joint Entrance Examination of Indian Institutes of Technology (JEE) channel Candidates with valid JEE Advanced 2019 scores are eligible for direct admission.

For applying for IISER through SCB (state Central board) you need to fulfill the minimum eligiblity criteria. You need to score than the cutoff for your respective board. Also students have to appear for the IISER aptitude test.
