Hi,

It is one of the top Medical Colleges. If you can get this college, then you should go for it. J.I.P.M.E.R is a great place to get more career opportunities. Since you belong to Northeastern States, you could get a different vibe in intital days as culture of South India is different from Northeast India. But after few days you would get familiar with that culture.

Thanks!!!!

Hello aspirant

You have scored pretty good marks. As of now results have been not declared so predict about any college is hard.

Jipmer open cut off for EWS category was AIR 4363 ( marks above 660+). so at your expected marks it is clear you are not going to get this college.

Now if we talk about AFMC, pune then it's cut off for boys was 617 marks in 2020 and 590 in 2019.so at your expected marks you hold fair chance in this college.

Whereas as last year AIQ quota cut off was 611 marks and this year it's supposed to be low. So here also you might get govt MBBS seats.

Rajsthan cut off was 616 marks. So here it's quite difficult to predict. Wait for result. Scenerio will be more clear.

You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing admission chances in MBBS BDS college.

Hello aspirant

Yeah you have great chance in SC category through jipmer internal quota at this marks.

Neet2020 jipmer Puducherry internal quota cut off ranks for SC category was AIR 161473.

So at your expected marks this year ranks will be lower than last year because expected rank will improve this year due to toughness level of question paper.

You hold a very good stand to get seat through jipmer internal quota.

Best regards !!

Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 48335 - 58485  but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the rank predictor
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor
So according to year 2020 the cut off was 686 marks for OBC category.
